Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pick-up orders for Eligible Organization Members
For members of organizations who are eligible for pick up orders, you will need to enter the promo code for your organization before checkout for shipping fees to be waved and pick up to be arranged. If you do not enter the correct promo code, your order will be charged shipping and your order will be shipped unless you cancel the order before it is processed.  If you are not a member of an eligible organization, and do not have authorization for pick up, your transaction will be cancelled.   After completing your transaction using the appropriate promo code, your order will be prepared and pick up arranged within 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Poppet Pins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@poppetpins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Most of our orders are shipped USPS, but if you requested delivery from UPS or FedEx, please keep in mind, they do not deliver to PO boxes and USPS is your only shipping method option. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  For more details about our return policy, please go to our Return Policy page.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@poppetpins.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
